 exchange 2007 email forwarding exception
Email user "A" has all mail forwarded to "Managment" group. However, HR Dept want to send email to user "A" that does not get forwarded to ensure confidentiality. Can this be done?

Yes, in Outlook, when you set up a rule you can also include exceptions to the rule. Modify the rule to have an exception "Except when email is sent from" and then put in the HR department email address.
