 Exchange 2007 email box
Here is a weird one. When my boss is away from her desktop she receives emails to her blackberry, but when you look in OWA or you log into another computer you can`t see see the emails that were received to the Blackberry. But when you go to her desktop and login and open her Outlook mailbox all the emails will download to her inbox. Does anyone know how to fix this problem I`m stumped?

Answer Wiki:
You say you log into her desktop and the emails "download" to her inbox. Try to be more specific. Tell me, when she "logs in" to her desktop, is her outlook already open, in otherwords by logging in, is she just in fact "unlocking" a previous login she never actually logged completely out of? I ask because this sounds like she has her desktop pc Outlook set to download to a personal folder, or PST. If that is in fact the case, then the mail will be delivered and downloaded to her desktop outlook and not show up in OWA or on any other pc. So if she is just unlocking a previous windows login then the email will already be there in her desktop's Outlook. Check her account settings. If you want to be able to see the emails in OWA she needs to connect directly to exchange and not download to a pst or personal folder.

I think Technochic has a point there, especially when u consider that the blackberry application actually is functioning in a layer before OWA, so that explains why u will get the e-mail in the blackberry. (Also strongly depending on how your internal blackberry setup has been made)
