 Exchange 2007 can send outside domain but not receive from outside domain.

I have a new user that I set up yesterday. She can send and receive email to accounts inside the domain, as well as send email to accounts outside the domain. When an email is sent to her the error is returned to the sending account:

The client software is outlook 2003 running on a Windows XP SP3 Pro machine. Server is running Server 2003 x64 and Exchange 2007. Any Help would be appreciated! Thanks -Flame
