The real world is that wildcart certs are the standard in a cross platform enviornment. Using something like ISA wouldn’t allow other non MS machines to work very well.

MS really needs to get with Internet standards or admins will revolt if they haven’t already done so. I love the folks who pay big bucks for the same encryption you can get for free elsewhere.

and the good news that ISA 2006 SP1 will support SAN certifcates and maybe wild card certificates.
but, i managed to get everything working perfect with one certificate and from my internal CA.
