We recently added 3 new Pocket PC users and set them up to use ActiveSync to sync their email, contacts and calendar. We got them to sync one time. Then all of a sudden, none of the Pocket PC users could sync. After reviewing the event logs, I noticed an error saying the SRS database needs to be restored from backup. When I looked for the directory where it was suppose to be located, the srs.edb file wasn't there and there were only 3 files in there and were dated 6/2003. When I went to system manager in Exchange, there wasn't any Site Replication sites under tools. Now I am wondering what to do? Thanks, Jerry

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Update: We are able to send mail through the Pocket PC but it will not sync any items from the server. It appears the SRS is not related to the active sync problem.
