Hello everybody, how can I setup an public folder in Exchange 2003, so that the read/unread information for all users is the same. I have to create a support@-eMail-Address, but the problem is, that one agent actually can't see, whether an incoming support-ticket is being read by another agent. any ideas? regards, Philipp Bundschuh

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

in ESM, right click and get properties of the public folder then on the general tab untick the “Maintain per-user read and unread information for this folder”.
