 Exchange 2003 Public Folder read/unread information

Hello everybody, how can I setup an public folder in Exchange 2003, so that the read/unread information for all users is the same. I have to create a support@-eMail-Address, but the problem is, that one agent actually can't see, whether an incoming support-ticket is being read by another agent. any ideas? regards, Philipp Bundschuh

in ESM, right click and get properties of the public folder then on the general tab untick the "Maintain per-user read and unread information for this folder". Paul
