You can set it up to forward emails. Go to the properties of the folder and select the administration tab. Click Folder Assistant, set up a rule to forward emails sent to the folder's email address to whomever you wish, including a distribution list. You can also set it up as a moderated folder and tell it to forward any mail to whomever you wish there as well.
