 Exchange 2003 OWA strange issue

I have a site that had two Windows 2000 servers acting as DC's, one of which is an Exchange 2000 server with OWA.
I have just installed two new Windows 2003 servers as DC's, Installed Exchange 2003 onto the second of the two new ones.
Initially when I installed EX2003 (sp1) I browsed to the OWA and noticed that it was EX2k OWA, but thought that it was probably just the fact that none of the mailboxes etc had been migrated across.
Now that everything is across, and working OK the OWA page wont load at all it just displays some the link title text and just says loading.

I have looked at numerous sites to try and fix this but have come to a brick wall. I cannot afford to uninstall exchange 2003 and re-install unless absolutely necessary.

Any light you can shed would be fantastic.

Answer Wiki:
First of all word of caution, separate your Exchange servers from your DCs to enhance your security. Secondly, Separate your exchange server from your owa server for security reasons.

As far as your issue is concerned - seeing E2K OWA instead of E2K3, take a look at your IIS settings for the OWA site - make sure they’re not being redirected to the old server.

I managed to solve the problem and boy it was a strange one.
I also was having problems with the Trend Micro Web Manager console on this same machine and decided to try and fix this problem first, I found out that somehow there was no IUSR_Servername user created on the machine even though one was listed in all of the anonymous username entries, I set one up (found a whitepaper) and the trend consoel worked a charm, and magically so does OWA once i set the permissions on folders etc.

I have no idea how the user was not created but though that it may help someone in the same position in the future.
