A user that has outlook 2003 configured for their email account is sending duplicate copies ... Their emails are stored on exchange 2003 server. From the exchange itself it shows the same email with different IDs so it's like the user submitted the emails twice which isn't the case ... this problem has been happening from quite sometime now.
We have McAfee antivirus installed
the PC is free of any infections.
I increase the server timeout to 120 sec from 30 sec ... thinking that maybe the cause of the problem. I'm not sure what is the ideal time to cinfigure on the outlook itself. Though for other users, the old configuration is working fine.
What could be the problem?? How can I further troubleshoot this issue
