 Exchange 2003 Mailbox quota/permissions
Hopefully you guys can help me out on this problem! I have 3 types of email address A - Standard email address using high availablility links B - Email addresses which have very low bandwidth (radio links) C - Mail enabled contacts with low bandwidth (56k max) Each account is in their own OU within AD and i wish to set the following A - Maximum message sent to them to be 5Mb B - Maximum message sent to be text only C - Maximum message sent to and from them to be 500kb I want to limit who can send to B and C by hopefully creating a group and assigning it to the addresses. Is any of this possible and easily managed? i can set the mailbox quotas on each address individually but obviously thats an admin nightmare! i want to use OUs as much as possible Thanks Keith

Answer Wiki:
You can set the limits at the mail store level and create a different mail store for each group. Then just add the users to the store with the limits you want them to have.
