I have mailbox maintenance scheduled to run daily that deletes messages older than 180 days in the Sent Items folder and the Inbox. I have one user (that I'm aware of)that says the Sent Items delete correctly, but items in the Inbox aren't touched, even though the date limit has been reached for messages to be deleted via the maintenance plan. Any ideas why this is happening or solutions to resolve the problem.
