Exchange 2003 Free Busy Schedule


Calendar, Exchange 2003, Outlook, Outlook 2003, Outlook calendar, Free/Busy option

Let me explain, when scheduling a meeting in Outlook and scheduling a resource and attendees I hover over the top of the CEO's calendar I can see more than I should in his schedule? It doesn't happen with everyone? Any clues?
