Exchange 2003, Outlook, Exchange 2003 administration, Exchange Email Monitoring, Exchange email archiving
im running Exchange 2003 the owner of the company would like to see all of the emails that one of his employees sends out. i have tried adding the emplyees mail box into the owners outlook so he can see her sent items but he does not like this is there a way i can have a copy of the email that is being sent by the employee go into the owners inbox? Do you have Journaling enabled??? If so give the person access to the Journal. Or create a rule on the messaging server to Sent Copy etc.

In Exchange 2k3 there are three type of journaling which happens to be what you’re trying to do..
I can point you this article that not only explains it, but also instructs you how to do it.

Hey guys thanks for the replys.

With journaling from what ive read is that it will journal all messages? from all users? can i just set it for one user and not everyone?
