We have Exchange 2003 with a Thawte Certificate, and have another company that is trying to send us an encrypted email using Espoin Interceptor, and using a self-signed certificate. I can receive their plain emails, but not their encrytped emails. They seem to think that our server is rejecting becasue they have a self-signed certificate. Does anyone know anything about this kind of issue? I've never dealt with this kind of thing before. Thanks in advance! Frank

Are they getting a Non Delivery Report? If so, what does it say exactly? If not, have you gone through your SMTP logs to find the connection information on your inbound server?
