I used to use 5.5 and you would use an admin tool to create distribution lists where you would add external addresses of clients into the one group. How is this achieved in exch 2003 ? Is there a similar admin tool or exe or.....?? thanks, Paul

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Nope, in 2000 and after is handled by Group items, when you create a group Item, you have option to make it an administrative group, or a distribution list.

You will have to first create contacts for the external email addresses that you want to add to your DL. Then create a group object as a Distribution List (Either global or universal group is ok) and then add contacts and users to it as needed. Hope this helped.
