I admisnter a four node Exchange 2003 Cluster (3 active, 1 passive) and need information on the what file/folders etc to exclude from the antivirus program?

Here's what Microsoft has to say about it. Definitely proceed with caution...there are obviously performance gains to be had by doing this but you don't want to end up negating the benefits of having AV software on your system in the first place.
