 Exchange 2003
We have an account named Invoices that is used to submit to customers.  I don't anyone responding to that address as it is unattended.  How can I configure the account in Exchange 2003 to show.  The accounting dept already shows a number to call on the invoices

You could set it up as an out of office response in Outlook, but that will go out only once per email received. In order to ensure anyone gets that message again you would need to turn off out of office and turn it back on say maybe once a day. Creating a rule would cause a possible loop problem with the email, so I wouldn't do that.
