Exchange 2000, Office 2003, Outlook, Outlook 2003
I am currently running exchange 2000 and all users are using office 2003. I have a problem with one of my users...all emails that are sent everyday disappear from the sent items folder and totally disappear. Can anyone help.

Did you check his outlook settings and make sure the "save copies of messages in Sent Items folder" option is checked? ============ Any rules or policies deleting or moving messages? no there are no rules or policies deleting or moving the messages
