If you live outside the United States, by submitting your email address you consent to having your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.
However, you should probably consider handling your own mail with the server from start to finish. Exchange 2000 and beyond do not support POP3 natively and you need a third party add-in to do it for you.
If you have Microsoft Small Buiness Server, then search inside it for the POP3 connector
otherwise u have to use commertial applications
Have a look here for a solution: http://www.slipstick.com/exs/popconnect.htm

Thank you all.I am first going to try and host everything from start to finish. If that becomes too cumbersome I will try the third party apps.
