		<description><![CDATA[I did something like this awhile back. I created a 2003 Exchange site server (different name) running concurrent with the 2000 Exchange server. Then I was able to move about about 180 mailboxes at night to the new server when no one was accessing their mail. This took many nights. When that was done I removed the 2000 Exchange server from the domain. It was seemless.
