Excel 2007 freeze pane problem


Microsoft Excel, Excel 2007, Excel 2003

Dear Sir,

Is there any method in Excel 2007 to enabling freeze pane option in protected Sheet of Excel 2003.

According to this microsoft article, freeze pane is not available when in cell editing mode or when a worksheet is protected.

Not an answer so just putting in discussion.
I can create a workbook with a sheet protected and then freeze pane it.
I can also create a protected sheet with freeze pane on it but then people can unfreeze their copy.

So I guess the answer is yes, just do what you would normally do.
I guess this means I don’t under stand your question because the way I understand it you just do the normal freeze pane.
