 Excel 2002
Excel 2002, Microsoft Excel, Product ID
I can open an excel doc, but can not add anything to it without inserting my 25 digit product key, which I do, but says it is the wrong key. It is a Publisher 2002 version, operating on a Windows Vista any suggestions?

try going to tech support on the website that you originally got your code from and explain what is going on. I know it has helped me alot ********************************* After a few failures, it should come up with an 800 number to call. When you get to a human (which might take a few minutes, explain your situation, generally they can help you out. I've used this with the XP OS after replacing a failed mother board, and there was no problem.
