 Excel 03 opens as Read Only always
Excel 2003, Microsoft Excel, Read only documents
We have a user that is only able to open Excel 03 files in Read Only. No other MS Office does this to her. It even happens to Excel files she has created and files that she receives in emails. Any ideas would be helpful since we are at a loss. Windows XP Pro SP2, MS Office w/Outlook 03. Thanks

I think it is due to your settings. Please change your excel setting to default, and your problem will resolve. Some times this problem is due to corrupt excel files in that case use excel repair software to fix your problem.
