We are about to embark on upgrading our Exchange system from 2007 to 2010. We are going to keep our clients on Outlook 2007 for the meantime. Once the mailbox has been moved what would be the best way of pointing (and reconfiguring) the client to the new CAS server (over 2500 mailboxes, but staggered migration)

As long as the old server is still online the client should be notified the next time it starts that the mailbox has been moved.
