		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve personally seen daemon tools do this after SP2 got installed. Turned out to be daemon tools and I had to boot into safemode and choose the option to confirm the loading of drivers. Choose NO on every one and then boot into safemode to remove it.]]></description>
