I'm getting a similar message periodically in my eventlog. Another blog post said to look at the value of HKLMSystemcurrentcontrolsetserviceseventlogapplicationoracle.<sid>EventMessageFile. In my case it points to the oracle bin directory but to a file that does not exist ORAEVRUS11.DLL. Any idea whether this is correct and if so, where is the file?
