The official page for your motherboard is
There is a link to download drivers but it is not opening on my computer; may be a problem with their website or the PC that I am working from (which is Linux OS)
When you can get access to the internet try that link and see if you can get access to the drivers page.
The Network card on your motherboard most likely has a Realtek or Intel chip. If you go to (Windows XP)
Start > Control Panel > System(may be under Performance and Maintenance) > Hardware > Device manager
You will see a list of the hardware in your PC. Your network card should be listed with an exclamation mark next to it. Right click on it and select Properties > Details
Choose Hardware ID and you should see a long string of numbers and text. In there should be VENxxxx and DEVxxxx
You can put those numbers in at www.pcidatabase.com and find out the exact network card you have which should make getting the driver alot easier.
