Sametime Margin
When I type an instant message in Sametime, the text wraps around nicely. When I send the message it shows up in the upper text box, but does not wrap around. It just keeps going and going to the right. I have to scroll to reach the text in the text box. How can I re-establish the right hand margin? Thank you.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Problem
The Notes Client Plugin for Sametime Instant Messaging uses Microsoft Internet Explorer installed on the workstation to provide some chat window functionality. Once you install or upgrade to Internet Explorer version 8, however, word wrap no longer works in the text input window of a Sametime chat session. The text appears all on a single line.

Cause
This issue is specific to Internet Explorer 8.

Resolving the problem
This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# JOGA7NNRQA. Currently, Internet Explorer 8 is not a supported Web browser for Sametime that is embedded with Lotus Notes. To avoid the problem, use a supported Web browser version.
