Welcome to ITKE, wesberry! Are you talking about an email address book? If so, what program are you using?

We are using windows 10 now but had windows 7 before. The address are still availably but we can only bring up one at a time. Is there any way to transfer the addresses from windows 7 to windows 10. Can I reinstall window 7 and move the address book to windows 10.

It's not quite clear what you're asking, especially since you tagged the question with "IBM iSeries".

If it's an iSeries problem, then you can't change the "address book".

I think this may be the wrong Q&A section for this one.

There is an "address book" on the system. By default, it consists of a system portion plus personal portions for each user. After running the CVTNAMSMTP command, that form is converted to (or incorporated into) system distribution directory entries and the original is no longer available. Either way, only one "address book" is available.

Of course, anyone can write their own email system to run on IBM i, and in that case they can do anything they want for an address book. But we have no way to know anything about that on the OP's server.
