Exchange Accounts in Outlook 2007

Outlook, Outlook Web Access, Exchange, Outlook 2007, Zimbra

I have 3 email accounts that I want to keep track of using Outlook 2007; 1 is a gmail address...easily connected to my Outlook, but the others are Exchange-like accounts. 1 is OWA for a company I contract for, and the other is Zimbra at a university where I teach. Is there a way to have all 3 accounts work through Outlook? I'm not having any luck.

You can setup POP accounts to access the exchange emails if the company and the university have external POP access. You will need to find out from their IT departments whether that is supported and what the external IP addresses are.

The other option is to set email forwarding on both exchange accounts that will forward to your gmail. You can then setup Outlook Rules to automatically move those to PST files or folders in your outlook.
