It appears that you have either a disk drive that is failing or scsi external attached device or magnetic storage I/O processor (MSIOP) or the combined function I/O processor (CFIOP) is the failing item.

It is SY44-5914 – Hardware Problem Analysis and Isolation. From what I read, it looks like you may be having an intermitent drive failure.
