 Error when sharing printer in Windows 7
Logged into Windows 7 with an Administrator account, but get this error whenever I try to share a printer: "Printer settings could not be saved. Operation could not be completed (error 0x000006d9)."

See ! There r several steps to check why the problem persists. To run printer service u must ensure the two services run properly. a. Spooler b. Computer Browser these two r very important to run printer. First u have to check could u take print from ur w7 computer. if this yes, then share this printer by an enhance name. At which point it shows the message? After setting and at the time of SAVE, then u may have problem in W7 system related files. Run sfc or other diagnostic tools which u may know. and try to repair. after that u may try again for share.
