Error when running resource mailbox wizard during migration from exchange 5.5 to 2003

We are migrating exchange from 5.5 on an NT 4.0 domain controller to 2003 on a 2003 non-domain controller. The error under resource mailbox wizard is: site 'here' mailbox modifications failed with error '1 error(s) were encountered while importing the CSV file for details see ntdsnomatch_hereerror.html'. The error message in the html file is: Could not bind to the Microsoft Exchange Directory server LAVERNE. The Microsoft Exchange Server computer does not respond. The wizard was able to see the primary and resource mail accounts so it doesn't seem to be a communication issue. I did a search on google and found nothing. Any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

After much research I found a workaround. We copied the csv file to the exchange 5.5 system and imported it manually. After this the connector wizard was happy.
We still ran into a problem in the next step but I could find information on it. The NT 4.0 server running exchange 5.5 wasn’t set to use lmhosts or DNS for netbios lookups. I added the 2003 server to the lmhosts file, told the server to use it, and for good measure told it to use DNS for netbios lookups as well.
