I have a user who is trying to open a .zip file that was attached to an e-mail. We are using Lotus Notes 6.5.5. Other users are able to open this file without issue. However, when she tries to open it, she gets a "file not found error". Has anyone seen this? How do I fix it? I've tried un-installing & re-installing WinZip, making sure I cleaned out EVERYTHING pertaining to WinZip even from the registry before re-installing, but to no avail.
