    It's a Asus K751L  I5 win10
The problem isn't the printer because i can print on other software (microsoft word)

The problem is since the change of laptop, after installing all the software, only Orloff (specific software of management of sale in jewellery) does not work for printing and tells me error 728.

You mentioned laptop model & OS, that's fine. But did not mention printer model/make. What error mentioned, probably this is related that, Windows 10 could not find IP address/adapter (some software driver issue) from shared printer (assuming). If you were upgrading from windows 7/8/8.1 to 10, then you must have download the printer driver again for windows 10 (32/64-bit, whatever is there) and install it properly. If it HP printer, you can link here for more information: http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02073861.
