I can login to a desktop client and start Outlook. When another user logs in and tries to start Outlook on the same desktop he receives the error message. Cannot start Outlook
Any thoughts. Thanks, Joe

You also might want to consider the way Outlook was deployed… Maybe Outlook was assigned to a user instead of the computer? I have seen people get caught by this before…
Lots of questions…
What exactly IS the error?
Are you connecting to an Exchange server?
Have you checked the profile by going to the control panel mail applet in the affected user’s logon? Try removing and re-adding the profile. If you are connecting by exchange server, make sure the name of the exchange server is correct.
How long ago was the mailbox for this user created?
Can they log in succcessfully to their mailbox via OWA or on another computer?
