I'm receiving this error message (file exception 10 on file). Any ideas?

You get the error message… how? What are you doing when the error happens? Where do you see the message? What kind of program is involved? What language is it written in? What kind of system does the program run on? These are only the beginning. Without a description of the surroundings, there’s no way for us to guess what’s happening.
