How do I deal with the following error message?:
"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your administrator"

Which version of Windows 7. Is this Outlook 2007? Is this machine in a domain or standalone? What security solution (antivirus, etc. and firewall) are you using (as this may be stopping it as well)?
