I have recently installed Acronis Recovery for Exchange and it seems to work very well. However, the log contains hundreds of messages similar to "Error while reading the Public Folder//Database/name-68352703.EML message". The referenced database is a contacts database and does not contain email. I would like to understand the error and fix it. Acronis help desk could not tell me how to do that. This is an extremely important database for my company and all those error messages make me nervous. Has anyone else seen this?
