That is, unfortunately, one of the most generic errors in object oriented programming. Your best bet to resolve it is to get the user to provide you with a step-by-step scenario to reproduce the error and present that to Hummingbird's product support. They'll need to know what OS he's running, the service pack level, the application he's using at the time (a quick Google showed me that there are extensions for numerous apps), and exactly what he's doing when the error occurs. Good luck with it.

I have a user who gets the following message while using Windows Explorer DM Extension (by Hummingbird): "Object doesn't support this property or method". If anyone has seen this and can offer anyideas, I'd very much appreciate it. Thanks.
