Error Message 414 (Cisco 5.0.00.0320) on Windows XP when trying to connect to VPN

When am trying to connect the VPN, below is the error message am getting.Error Message 414 (Cisco 5.0.00.0320 is the version) on Windows XP

Software/Hardware used:
Windows XP, Service pack 2, i have also disabled the Firewall, Anti Virus and checked but still its giving me the same error. friends please help.

A few things I’ve found online:

That error message indicates the VPN client was not able to establish the TCP connection for IPSec over TCP connection mode.

1) Please try IPSec over UDP or straight IPSec. Please look at client logs for details.
Steps:
– click Modify icon
– click Transport tab
– click IPSec over UDP … radio button
– click Save
– done
2) Remove the certificate from the IE properties and again import the certificate
