error message 0X800CCC0B in Outlook
I can not send an e-mail with attachment (.pdf file). The mail stay in Outbox.

You didn't provide much information about your system such as operating system, mail client etc. I would guess that you have a corrupted registry entry.

To resolve the issue, you will need to fix the corrupt registry problem.The registry is where all your information is stored about what and how programs should run on your computer.
You may have to repair or reinstall your mail program. Or if it's XP perhaps do a repair install to fix the problem.

I am facing the same problem. All other emails can be sent out. Just one particular with a pdf that cannot be sent. Tried to create a new mail. Still the same. Using OL 2010 latest. And the problem only occured recently.

Provide the details as to what type of account, isp or Exchange and version of Exchange. This also could be a company policy recently implemented but your details will help us determine whether this is the case or not. Thanks.
