ERROR: Novell Console startup

Hi, I am configuring Novel Groupwise on my server machine. steps: 1.Installed eDirectory on my machine. 2.Installed jre. 3.After that "Novell Client 4.91 SP5 for Windows" 4.ConsoleOne 5.gw800_full_nlmwin_multi (Novel Agent). When i opened Console One before installation of Novel agent. I was able to view tree hierachy. But after i installed Novel agent.When i opened Console Agent. It is showing error msg: "An error occured during ConsoleOne startup. (Run ConsoleOne with the -debug and -windwout options and review the debug information for more details) ERROR: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:java/lang/StringBuilder". I am not getting how to solve this issue. I tried with reinstallation of everything.But still issue remain same. Thanx

Try the following to overcome this prob:

1. Launch a Terminal and login as Root
2. Give Write permission to Root user for ConsoleOne startup script.

chmod u+w /usr/ConsoleOne/bin/ConsoleOne

3. Define the variable “C1_JRE_HOME” in ConsoleOne startup script as follows (may be the
no changed)
4. Export C1_JRE_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/jre-1.5.0-ibm

5. Save the file and exit

And remove the Write permission for ConsoleOne startup script

chmod u-w /usr/ConsoleOne/bin/ConsoleOne

NOTE: Ensure that point the variable “C1_JRE_HOME” to /usr/lib/jvm/jre-1.5.0-ibm instead of /usr/lib64/jvm/jre-1.5.0-ibm
