We have downloaded the native Client separately to no avail, and the file is in the ISO but it does not have the _x64 suffix. Do you have any idea what might be wrong?

It would appear that there is something missing from the install folder.

When you downloaded the native client did you download the x86 installer or the x64 installer?

Thanks for your reply.

The ISO we are using was sourced from Microsoft Downloads and after downloading the Native Client
separately we stiill meet the same error.
We have concluded that there may be issues with the Installer itself as the required file(s) is/a are present.

This sever is “live” and business data may be affected.
