Hi, I've recently inherited a db and was trying to make a change to an agent and I'm getting this error: WizardFinalSave: (Option):3 Error loading USE or USELSX "*Commerce Any pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Karen

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Perhaps a Lotus Script error is the changed agent.
Try to run script debugger and see where is stops.

It sounds like someone wrote their own lotus extension with a name that includes 'Commerce' and that file is not on the computer from which you are running the agent. I'm assuming that you are running the agent locally. Check the server for the file in the Notes directory. Copy the 'Commerce' file (which probably is actually named ncommerce.dll) to your local machine in the Notes directory (or the same directory as your Notes.ini file). I've never written my own dll, but I know it can be done. An example of a lotus extension that ships with Notes is nlsxodbc.dll, which is called from the options as USELSX "*lsxodbc". Another option: the error message does not include a trailing quotation mark. Check the agent's Options and make sure that the line says USELSX "*Commerce".
