Lotus Notes email, Lotus Notes error messages
Dear Sir/Madam, One of my client has been trying to send email to one person’s mail id, but he receives following error message: Delivery Failure Report Your message: Fw: complaint to be filed in NCDRC- Bukhanwala Tools Pvt Ltd. was not delivered to: because: Error transferring to RAJLEGAL.IN; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 authentication. My friend uses LOTUS mail and the other person uses advocates@rajlegal.in email id which has been created newly from gmail configuration set up. So that, kindly provide best resolution for this problem ..both for LOTUS enabled system as well as other persons newly created mail id. Your earliest action will be highly appreciated and thanks in advance. Regards, Naresh Erukula

SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 authentication.
 
That’s close to the way most Lotus SMTP messages are shown, but it looks like some characters are missing. Is that the exact message? I would normally expect a numeric error code after “550″.
