Error Code 6300 installing Web Client
Users are having problems installing Workspace Zeroadmin web client. Sometimes they get "Unexpected status 200 (OK) returned on http://www.installengine.com/oci_range_check.txt access check".
I've instructed users to log into their machines with an ADMIN account. That doesn't work. Some users are getting InstallShield Wizard Error code -6300.
The installation used to work a few months ago. I work in a Gov't agency and don't have access to their security settings. HELP!!!
