Error after V5R2 CUM load failure


iSeries, PTFs, IBM, IPL, V5R2, CUM PTFs

I loaded a CUM PTF onto a clean install of V5R2 (reason - replaced all disks)
I can't get the PTFs to install as I goofed and installed the Group befor the CUM.
I need to restore my OS and start again without reinstalling the Licensed Internal Code. I have a tape backup - how do I get to the screen to restore the OS without replacing the LicIntCode?

I managed to get through this via a Manual IPL D (from tape)

and I apologize for submitting under Data Center cataegory when it should have been AS/400.
