 Error: a required argument has not been provided when locations are opened in Lotus Notes

User is getting Error "a required argument has not been provided" when locations are opened in Lotus Notes. Does anyone have a solution to this issue.

Locations are stored in the personal address book. I would replace the design of the user's address book (names.nsf) with the pernames.ntf template, or try to run a fixup on the file.
